2 The Service
Reslvr provides an AI-assisted platform that offers general guidance and suggestions in response to user-submitted problems. The service is intended for informational and general guidance purposes only.
Our service covers a wide range of everyday topics including but not limited to home maintenance, technology, vehicles, and general life problems.
3 Subscription & Payments
Access to Reslvr requires a paid subscription of £8 per month (or as otherwise stated at checkout). By subscribing you agree to the following:
- Payment is charged monthly in advance via our payment processor (Stripe)
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months already paid
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
4 Acceptable Use
By using Reslvr you agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our service or its outputs at scale
- Submit content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, or fraudulent
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the service to generate advice for resale without our written permission
- Misrepresent AI-generated responses as advice from a qualified professional
5 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Reslvr provides information "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated response
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim
- We are not responsible for any injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from acting on our suggestions
6 AI-Generated Content
Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. You acknowledge that:
- AI responses may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation
- You use any advice at your own risk and should verify important information independently
- AI responses do not constitute professional advice in any field
- For anything involving gas, structural work, or electrical mains — always use a registered professional
7 Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design of Reslvr belongs to us. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

9 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease at the end of your paid billing period.

11 Governing Law
