2 What data we collect
We collect only what's necessary to provide the service:

We do not use your submitted problems or personal data to train AI models. Your content is yours.
4 Legal basis for processing
Under UK GDPR, we process your data on the following legal bases:
- Contract — processing necessary to provide the service you've subscribed to
- Legitimate interests — improving the service, preventing fraud, keeping the platform secure
- Legal obligation — where we are required to process data by law
- Consent — where you have explicitly agreed, such as for marketing emails
5 Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted third parties who help us run the service:
- Stripe — payment processing (their privacy policy applies to payment data)
- Anthropic — powers the AI responses (prompts are processed per their API terms)

All third parties are required to keep your data secure and may not use it for their own purposes.

7 Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the following rights. To exercise any of them, email us at [email protected].
We will respond to all requests within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
8 Cookies
We use only essential cookies necessary for the service to function — for example, to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect how the service works.
9 Data security
We take security seriously. Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secure infrastructure provided by Vercel. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you and the ICO within 72 hours as required by law.
10 International transfers
Our AI processing is powered by Anthropic, a US-based company. Any data transferred outside the UK is done so under appropriate safeguards in compliance with UK GDPR requirements.
